Problem When Letting Go Feels Scary
You know that panic when you hand your phone to someone and suddenly remember something private is on there? Yeah, 28% of us have been there — and the apps from market meant to help? They're still not doing enough.
We saw that gap and thought — We knew it was our chance to build something that truly puts people back in the driver's seat of their own privacy.

Turns out, getting people to open up about what's on their phones is harder than it sounds — shocking, we know. But early on, we sat down with over 20 people to really understand what they were dealing with and why it mattered to them.
The struggles people kept telling us about
50% of the time, it's not even intentional — a notification lights up the screen and suddenly something private is out there.
With close friends and family, sharing a PIN feels normal — but that's also where things getting exposed can hurt the most.
Less than half of people even get asked before someone picks up their phone. No warning, no heads up — just handed over before you can do anything about it.
